A former AAA Platinum Travel Counselor and Circle of Excellence Award recipient, she is recognized for her professionalism and high-touch service. Clients value her calm demeanor, organizational precision, and ability to make even the most complex itineraries seamless.

Tracy is our Anchor at Club Cruise™’ and Controller, overseeing all financial operations with unmatched precision and accountability. With over two decades as a U.S. Navy Officer and a Master’s degree in Human Resources and Business Leadership, she brings both discipline and structure to the agency’s books. Tracy ensures every client deposit, transaction, and balance sheet is managed with integrity and consistency.

As Club Cruise™ Elite Concierge Specialist, Lance is the agency’s trusted expert for private jets, helicopters, and ultra-luxury logistics.
