This Privacy Policy describes the Company's practices regarding the collection, use, disclosure, retention, and protection of personal information obtained through the Company's website located at www.clubcruise.com (the "Website"), through electronic communications, telephone conversations, text messaging, written correspondence, and in connection with the professional travel planning and reservation services provided by the Company (collectively, the "Services").

This Privacy Policy does not apply to information collected directly by independent travel suppliers, including cruise lines, airlines, hotels, tour operators, transportation providers, travel insurance companies, or other third parties. Those entities maintain their own privacy policies, terms of use, and security practices, which govern the information you provide directly to them.
2. Information We Collect
In order to provide professional travel planning services, Club Cruise may collect personal information that you voluntarily provide or authorize us to obtain. Depending upon the nature of the Services requested, this information may include your name, mailing address, billing address, email address, telephone number, mobile telephone number, date of birth, emergency contact information, passport information, citizenship, visa information, government-issued identification, Known Traveler Number, Global Entry or TSA PreCheck information, loyalty program memberships, travel preferences, accessibility requirements, dietary requests, travel insurance selections, payment information, reservation details, booking confirmations, travel history, and other information reasonably necessary to arrange or administer your travel.
The Company may also collect information generated through your use of the Website, including Internet Protocol (IP) address, browser type, operating system, device information, referring websites, pages viewed, dates and times of access, and other analytical information collected through cookies or similar technologies.
Club Cruise does not knowingly collect personal information beyond that reasonably necessary to provide the Services requested or to comply with applicable legal or regulatory requirements.
3. Use of Personal Information
Club Cruise collects, uses, and processes personal information solely for legitimate business purposes related to the Services it provides. Personal information may be used to prepare travel quotations, research travel options, create and manage reservations, coordinate services with travel suppliers, process payments, arrange travel insurance, communicate reservation updates, provide travel documentation, verify client identity, respond to customer inquiries, administer promotions, maintain business records, improve the Website and Services, comply with applicable legal obligations, prevent fraud, protect the security of the Company and its clients, and otherwise operate the Company's business in the ordinary course.
Where reasonably possible, Club Cruise limits the collection and use of personal information to that which is necessary to accomplish these purposes.
4. Disclosure of Personal Information
Club Cruise does not sell, rent, or otherwise disclose personal information to third parties for their independent marketing purposes.
Personal information may be disclosed only as reasonably necessary to fulfill the Services requested by the client, process authorized transactions, comply with legal obligations, protect the rights or property of the Company, respond to lawful governmental requests, prevent fraud, or enforce the Company's legal rights.
To facilitate travel arrangements, personal information may be shared with independent travel suppliers, including cruise lines, airlines, hotels, resorts, tour operators, transportation providers, destination management companies, travel insurance providers, payment processors, technology vendors, governmental authorities, customs agencies, immigration authorities, and other entities directly involved in arranging or supporting the client's travel.
Because these suppliers operate independently, Club Cruise is not responsible for their privacy practices, security procedures, or handling of personal information once such information has been transmitted as necessary to complete authorized travel arrangements.

By providing your contact information to Club Cruise, you consent to receive communications relating to your requested Services. Such communications may be delivered by telephone, email, text message, electronic document delivery, or other electronic means permitted by applicable law.
Electronic communications may include travel quotations, reservation confirmations, invoices, payment reminders, itinerary updates, travel documentation, travel alerts, customer service communications, and other information necessary to administer your travel arrangements. Where permitted by law, electronic communications shall satisfy any legal requirement that communications be provided in writing.

Message frequency varies depending upon the Client's travel reservations, requested Services, and communication preferences. Message and data rates may apply.
Consent to receive SMS communications may be obtained through the Company's Website, online forms, reservation requests, written authorizations, electronic acknowledgments, in-person interactions, inbound text messages initiated by the Client, or verbally during a telephone conversation with a Club Cruise representative. When consent is obtained verbally, the Client is informed that Club Cruise may send text messages relating to the requested Services, that message frequency varies, that message and data rates may apply, that consent is voluntary and is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services, that consent may be revoked at any time by replying STOP, that assistance is available by replying HELP or by contacting Club Cruise directly, and that the Company's Privacy Policy and Terms & Conditions are available on the Website.

Club Cruise maintains records of SMS consent where required to demonstrate compliance with applicable laws, wireless carrier requirements, and industry standards.
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties for marketing or promotional purposes. Such transfers may involve cruise lines, airlines, hotels, tour operators, destination management companies, transportation providers, governmental agencies, customs authorities, immigration authorities, travel insurance providers, and other organizations directly involved in providing travel-related services.
By requesting international travel services, you acknowledge and consent to the transfer of your personal information to jurisdictions whose privacy laws may differ from those of your country or state of residence.
12. Children's Privacy
The Website is intended for use by adults and is not directed toward children under the age of thirteen (13). Club Cruise does not knowingly collect personal information directly from children through the Website.
